At MeowBark, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Items showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or customized products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Pet food, treats, and consumable products.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as MeowBark cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: support@meowbark-store.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Refund Process Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled but may be returned in accordance with this policy.
